The Martin D12-20 is an iconic twelve-string guitar distinguished by its all-solid mahogany construction. In many ways, it can be thought of as the twelve-string equivalent of a D-18, but with a 12-fret body. As you probably know, the 12-fret neck joint enhances bass response and sustain, giving the guitar a fuller, more resonant voice. Yet the bass never becomes overwhelming. Instead, the instrument delivers a remarkably balanced, articulate and well-defined sound, with excellent note separation and clarity.

This particular example dates from 1973 and offers impressive projection, making it an outstanding choice for folk, acoustic blues, Celtic music or vocal accompaniment.

It is in excellent condition, with no cracks or repairs, and features a comfortable action: 3.5 mm on the low E and 2.8 mm on the high E at the 12th fret.

The guitar comes complete with its original hard shell case.
