For sale is this absolutely stunning Maihak V45 mono microphone preamp. It comes properly hooked up to the summing / output module, so the signal path is completely balanced with input and output transformers of the highest quality.
Based around the EF12 tubes, the V45 preamps sound like V41s - the difference is they were designed to be used in a V45 mixer system, where four of these would be connected to the mono summing module. Having compared it to the Maihak V45, it sounds the same and is arguably even more rare.
The tubes installer are EF12 and EF12K. The transformers are all Maihak, there's even a V41 label on one, they're pretty much identical as far as I know. The caps are period-correct, best sounding paper in oil.
The unit comes serviced and racked in a portable wooden 21" case with XLR I/O for instant plug & play. 230V.
