There are three modes of playing while running a rythm :

Technichord ( one finger )

Full range chords with at least 3 fingers

Full range two hands play without accompaniment either with the rythm running or not.

Most interesting it is when connecting the KN to another keyboard, a synth and so on via a single MIDI cable from OUT ( KN ) to IN ( the target device ) or reverse.

You only have to set the devices to the same MIDI channel

I controlled a Korg microKORG this way, played the keys on the KN while simultaneously the chosen voice on the microKORG sounded to me

If you have programmed a complete song on your KN-650 the notes the sequencer plays are controlling the connected device as well as your in-time played key notes ... However there are infinite possibilities by different set MIDI channels
