A really beautiful and well-preserved Rhodes Mark I 88 Keys in very good overall condition. The keyboard/action and hammers could probably use a service at some point, but even as it is, it delivers that uniquely warm and characterful Rhodes sound in the vein of Portishead and similar artists.
We bought this Rhodes in 2007. We were told that Herbie Hancock had apparently played it at a music store in the USA at some point. In 2024, we added the original legs and sustain pedal, along with two stack stands for a keyboard. Originally, we received it on a Suitcase speaker cabinet by mistake. So — enjoy.
Ah yes, the matching transport lid is of course also included.
