Top-of-the-line hollow-body guitar in Indian Red finish from the workshop of former PRS master luthier Joe Knaggs.
Made in the USA, serial no. 52, year of manufacture: 2012.
Mahogany body with arched “T3 Flamed Maple Top”.
Full hollow body construction: The body is carved from solid wood. No laminate, as is usually the case. Underneath the Knaggs Influence hardtail bridge is only a small block that ensures stability.
Mahogany neck with medium 59 profile, rosewood fingerboard (12“ radius), 22 medium jumbo frets, ”Morning Star“ inlay on the headstock and Gotoh ”Open Gear Tuners".
Equipped with two Seymour Duncan Slash APH humbucker pickups.
Weight: 2.38 kg.
Comes exactly as pictured in the original Knaggs luxury case – at that time still without logo. The “build sheet” that is standard today was only included from 2014 onwards. An original email on this subject from Knaggs employee Peter Wolf is included as a printout.
Included in delivery as pictured: a warranty card, a documentary about Knaggs Guitars from the magazine “Gitarre & Bass” and two replacement truss rod covers. The previous owner ordered these directly from the manufacturer because the original cover has slight damage (invisible with strings) under the A-string.
Clean and well-maintained, in top condition with only minor signs of wear—see photos. As with many Knaggs guitars, the nitro finish on the body has reacted minimally: tiny, colorless dots—barely visible in photos. The frets have only very slight, barely noticeable signs of wear.
