Here we have a really beautiful Fender Stratocaster from the Mexico Standard Series, built in 2002. This guitar has clearly been well cared for at home, is in excellent condition, and sounds exactly like a great Strat should: clear, snappy, open — with that typical Strat bite.

The Agave Blue finish has a subtle metallic shimmer and looks classy without being loud. The nicely figured maple neck with its silky satin finish matches it perfectly — it feels great in the hand and instantly invites you to play. Overall, it’s been played very little and looks almost new.

We didn’t have to do much on the fretwork: it was already quite good. We only spot-leveled three frets, polished everything cleanly, and did a complete setup. Now it’s ready to go — intonated properly, with a comfortable action.
