In fact, it plays better than if they were new from the factory due to the extremely high level of Mme Laure Lebrun’s servicing (Toulouse, FR).

If you have reached the level of buying a professional clarinet, you know that the first thing done with something brand new is to send it to a professional to have everything checked and adjusted. The fact that they have been played in different climates for decades without ever developing a crack gives almost total confidence that they will remain that way.

Something that cannot be known with a new clarinet. So if you buy this clarinet, please do not take them to a local technician just to clean the silver or nickel plating, it is not worth it.

The RC functions perfectly. The silver-plated keys on are a bit dulled, a cosmetic issue that does not affect the functioning of the instrument at all. I say this for those considering buying without trying them. I cannot accept returns unless they are not in the condition described here.
