Description:

Original first-generation Electro-Harmonix HOG (Harmonic Octave Generator / Guitar Synthesizer), made in USA. It is a fully polyphonic octave and harmonic generator that tracks single notes and full chords, with no special pickup required. EHX discontinued the original HOG in 2013, when the HOG2 replaced it. The unit has no serial number or date sticker, so the exact year of manufacture cannot be determined.

• Expression control via expression pedal, MIDI In or the onboard Exp. footswitch

• Foot switch jack for the optional EHX HOG Foot Controller (6 presets)

Condition:
The unit has been bought brand new and functional and has been used only for display, never on stage or in the studio. Cosmetically very good for its age. All panel graphics are complete and unworn, and all 16 slider caps, push buttons and screws are present. There are light scratches in the brushed aluminum at the upper left, near the CLIP LED and the Spectral Gate button. No dents are visible. Sold as described and pictured.
