The high-quality microphone preamp with switchable +48V phantom power delivers excellent audio quality for any microphone type, while the ground lift switch on the XLR output reliably prevents unwanted hum loops.

The VX5 also leaves nothing to be desired in terms of connectivity. Both dynamic and condenser microphones can be connected directly via the XLR microphone input. A guitar input allows instrumentalists to integrate the pedal perfectly into their setup and control the Harmony mode via played chords, for example. The guitar signal can be routed directly to an amplifier or monitor via the guitar thru output.
