In 2016, Gibson launched a small series of Custom Shop Les Pauls in the M2M programme entitled ‘Players Choice’ for Session Music in Frankfurt. The beautiful ‘Sandy Burst’ from the Collectors Choice series was selected as the top, albeit based on a 1958 Les Paul. However, the neck is not a 58, but has a medium 59 profile, as is usually used on Collectors Choice models.

This Players Choice Les Paul was inspired by the CC#4 Sandy. The outstanding top is striking, with great grain from every angle. In addition, there are the Zebra pickups, which cannot be seen in the pictures with the covers attached for optical reasons, as you know them from the Sandy. The neck has a pleasant 59 profile, as on the Collectors Choice models. The frets are in top condition and the guitar has only a few minor signs of use. Dream Paula sound with plenty of attack and full, singing lead sounds.

The Les Paul is in very good condition.

Apart from the attached pickup covers, everything is original, including COA and case candy. (as can be seen in the pictures)

Als Decke wurde das schöne "Sandy Burst" aus der Collectors Choice Reihe ausgewählt allerdings auf Basis einer 1958er Les Paul. Der Hals ist jedoch kein 58er, sondern hat ein mittleres 59er Profil, wie bei den Collectors Choice Modellen meist verwendet.

Bei dieser Players Choice Les Paul stand die CC#4 Sandy Pate. Auffallend ist die überragende Decke. Tolle Maserung aus jedem Blickwinkel. Dazu kommen die Zebra Pickups (die aus Optikgründen mit aufgesteckten Covern auf den Bildern nicht zu sehen sind) wie man sie von der Sandy kennt. Der Hals hat ein angenehmes 59er Profil, wie bei den Collectors Choice Modellen. Die Bünde sind in Top-Zustand und die Gitarre hat nur wenige kleinere Gebrauchsspuren. Traum Paula Sound mit ordentlich Attack und vollen, singenden Leadsounds.

Die Les Paul ist in sehr gutem gepflegtem Zustand.

Bis auf die aufgesteckten Pickup Abdeckungen ist alles original, inkl. COA und sämtlichen Case Candy. (wie auf den Bildern zu sehen)
