The switch caps are known to fall off on the Tanzbärs. They don't really fit the switch shaft and are therefore glued in place. These replacement caps are identical to the original ones, so they need to be glued as well. Make sure to not use excessive amounts of glue, as this could cause the switch itself to become inoperable.
