The hollowbody model from the Gretsch Electromatic Collection follows classic design guidelines and consists of a glued maple neck and a maple laminate body in full resonance construction, which thanks to its trestle block bracing produces powerful sounds without Feedback even at higher rock gain settings. Two Gretsch FT-5E Filter'Tron pickups in the neck and bridge position are available for this purpose, which conjure up full and attack-rich sounds. The Gretsch G5420T Electromatic Classic Hollow Body Singlecut Bigsby Two-Tone Anniversary Green is completed by a pinned Adjusto-Matic bridge, a Bigsby B-60 Vibrato and six Vintage-Style tuners.
