TecAmp ( Eich ) Bad Cab, 2400W - low-hours, with- or without Amp

The TecAmp Bad Cab (designed by Thomas Eich in Germany) is a massive, high-performance bass speaker cabinet featuring a unique multi-driver array. It packs two 15" speakers, two 12" speakers, four 10" speakers, and two 1" NTW1 tweeters into a single enclosure, handling up to 2,400 watts RMS.

Due to the very wide frequency range (26 to 19,000 Hz !) this Box is not strictly only a "Monster" Bass-Box, but will also easily handle a variety of Musik-Instruments and Recorded Musik.

We have connected the box always and only to a GENZ BENZ GBE 1200, which means we have not even pushed the speakers to half of its power range. If so desired, we will sell as a combo (Bad Cab, together with the Genz Benz Amplifier and some accessories (see below), but also both pieces separately.

The Genz Benz GBE 1200 is an extremely powerful and versatile hybrid bass amplifier head. It delivers up to 1200 watts of power at 2 ohms (1000 watts at 4 ohms, 550 watts at 8 ohms) and is considered the former flagship model from this American amplifier manufacturer.

Dual-preamp system: Two separate preamps—a transparent FET channel (solid-state) for direct, fast response

We bought the Bad Cab and the Genz Benz Amp brand-new many years ago. Since then, the equipment has seen very little use, and there are several of accessories included (speaker cover, cables, a small mixer, a Bluetooth transceiver, a road-case for the top unit, etc.).

A large station wagon is sufficient for transporting all.

Pick-up is free, but delivery can be arranged: I am willing to meet the buyer halfway (up to 50 km) if an agreement is reached, or I can deliver the items upon request (at a rate of 50 cents (0.5 Eur.) per kilometer).
