For sale is a TEAC A-2340RS 7 inch 4 track 4 channel stereo Reel to Reel tape deck recorder. It is in very good condition albeit with some scuffs and marks, dings on the wooden panels as shown. Refer to pics. It has been tested, serviced, calibrated and the heads were cleaned and demagnetized for the best sound ever. The mic inputs were tested and they work as well as the other inputs. The pots and switches were sprayed and the metal parts were lubed as well. Both channels are clear and superb sounding as well. The belts and caps were checked and they’re good. All the functions work and the VU Meters light up and jump like they are supposed to. The sound when recording at 3 3/4 IPS is very clear and better and wider sounding than the Source recording from, depending on the type of tape used and better at 7 1/2 IPS . Pictured  reels are for demonstration purposes only and are NOT INCLUDED! Please keep in mind a lot of work and testing was done to ensure this deck works properly so it will NOT be cheap!

However, I do have boundaries when it comes to people who play games and I do enforce them by removing and reposting listings after a while if I feel there is no genuine interest in them.

It really does try my patience when there’s a lot of watchers who make zero effort to even try to negotiate on something we can both agree on price wise.

As I’ve stated before, I really appreciate the admiration of my listings, but they are intended for serious buyers who are ready to move forward with making a purchase. 

These units are priced accordingly based on quality how much time and effort was put into testing, restoring, making necessary adjustments, cosmetics, and how much I sold them for in the past, and ensuring that it will arrive in working condition when the new buyer receives it.
