Pioneer RT-909 4-Track Stereo 1/4" Reel-to-Reel Tape Deck 1979 - 1984

The Pioneer RT-909 is a highly sought-after, vintage 4-track, 2-channel stereo reel-to-reel tape deck produced between 1979 and 1984. Renowned for its iconic blue "fluoroscan" display and robust build, it remains a favorite among audiophiles for archiving analog recordings and anchoring classic stereo systems. This particular RT-909 Tape Machine is in fair condition (Pretty good really, but not fully tested). There is some Corrosion on the outer shell and inside the unit, though nothing is seized and the components look pretty good The power cord has been replaced and it does power on and lights up in all the right places. The pinch rollers and drive belt are completely shot and need replacing, hence the lack of full testing. It has the original owners manual and two unopened Maxell UD 35-180 Reels.
