This is a rare and stunning kit that combines the focused attack and projection of birch shells with the added warmth and character of a beautiful outer oak veneer, creating a uniquely dynamic and powerful tone. The Hyperdrive sizing gives the kit exceptional punch, fast response, and incredible versatility for everything from rock and metal to funk and fusion. Sizes are 22” kick, 10”, 12”, 14”, and 16” toms with matching 14” snare.

The kit has been exceptionally well cared for and is in outstanding condition overall. All toms have brand new Evans G2 clear heads installed, the snare has a fresh Remo Coated Ambassador, and the bass drum is fitted with an Evans EMAD2 clear batter for huge low-end punch and controlled resonance. The drums sound massive, articulate, and incredibly lively with tons of attack and low-end presence.

This sought-after 40th Anniversary Limited Oak Edition features gorgeous lacquered oak veneer over birch shells along with smoked chrome hardware and premium appointments throughout. The wood grain and finish have incredible depth and really stand out under lighting, giving the kit a high-end custom look that turns heads on stage or in the studio.

Condition is honestly close to collector quality aside from a small amount of rash on the top of the bass drum and some light finish wear on portions of a few hoops. These are minor cosmetic issues only and do not affect performance whatsoever. The shells, bearing edges, interiors, and hardware are all in exceptionally clean condition.
