The Gibson ES-165 Herb Ellis is a beautifully resonant archtop with a warm, rich tone and an incredibly smooth playing feel. It delivers classic jazz character with excellent clarity and articulation, whether played clean or pushed slightly for a more expressive response. This guitar has been set up beautifully and plays effortlessly up and down the neck. It remains completely stock, includes the original hard case, and shows only slight cosmetic wear consistent with its age.
