1966 Oxford/Fender Matched Pair 12T6 8 ohm Speakers with Original Cones

Beautiful set of matching date code 465 615 Oxford 12T6-88 (12” 8 ohm, 50 watt guitar loudspeakers matched pair) for 60's original Blackface amplifiers. ''615'' means that they were built 15th week of 1966. Few years later, these were removed from a Black Face amp in the 70's and installed into a HiFi sound system, so the cones were protected for 4 decades since then, quietly playing music in a living room.

Both have the original HF-5491 stamped factory cones, meaning the cones were built at Hawley Products Company (St. Charles, Illinois), as these were the cones used mid-sixties to build their genuine speakers for Fender amps at the time...
