MIJ 16" 7 lug floor tom hoop, possibly Pearl or some other MIJ Stencil brand part. Occasionally they would make 7 lug floor toms, quite hard to find these hoops!
It is quite heavily pitted, lots of chrome pitting and flaking, it works as it should, isn't the prettiest cosmetically, but if you need one of these here it is!
