Ayotte Drums were founded in the early 1980s in Vancouver, Canada, by Ray Ayotte. The company quickly gained recognition in the drumming world for its innovative ideas and high-quality handcrafted instruments.

Ayotte became especially known for introducing wooden hoops (wood hoops) on their drum kits and for developing a practical quick-release tuning system that made changing drumheads faster and easier. [4] All instruments are inspected and set up before shipping, therefore all boxes could be opened. We may also ship in a different box if we judge it is more secure to use a better packaging. If an instrument needs a setup at destination, there are the sole buyer responsibilities as the instrument has been verified and set up before shipping.

[5] There is NO return for international transactions and overseas shipping. Our return policy does not apply to International transactions, only to the Canadian market. It is the Buyer’s responsibility to verify if the manufacturer will accept the warranty for an international transaction, otherwise they will be considered as used.

[6] If an item arrives Damaged, please send us pictures of the external box and damage within the first 24 hours. Failure to do so will automatically void the insurance with the carrier. Keep the box until further notice and wait for our instructions for the next step. Having an instrument setup by yourself or a non-certified technician could void the warranty and insurance on shipping.
