Vintage snare stand, made in Japan in the late 60s or so. Probably an early Pearl product, that would have come with a Coronet kit or an MIJ stencil kit.
It's in pretty good shape, working as it should. Some light chrome wear and cosmetic signs of use and age. The rubber tips on the snare basket are pretty good, one of them is worse than the others. The rubber feet are original still, a bit loose but they could easily be glued on if you wanted.
