Vintage Pearl floor tom leg bracket/tom mount bracket. Stamped "Japan", it's from the 60s or so, maybe early 70s.
It's in great shape, some minor signs of use and age, but overall it looks great, works as it should.
Comes with two mounting screws as pictured.
