Vintage Pearl tom mount bracket for a bass drum. Mounting plate and screws also included. It would be from the 60s-maybe early 70s, and is for the Rogers style tom arms from that era.
It's in nice shape overall, some minor cosmetic signs of use and age, but nothing very serious.
