Super Rare Highwind Phalanx noise gate. This is the later model with the ground interrupt and shift switches. This is widely regarded as the best of it's type. Features a well engineered "axe" reference circuit for high accuracy signal tracking, a robust and effective input/output and an articulate threshold dial (and in this model, coupled with a sensitivity switch for even more precision), an evolution of the famous "gate and key" style noise suppression methods.
