Vintage Ludwig telescoping cymbal arm, from the 60s or so. It's in nice shape for its age, not really any chrome flaking to speak of, everything functions as it should. There's some dumpling in the telescoping arm where the it gets tightened by the threaded T bolt, some other minor cosmetic signs of use and age but nothing very serious.
