Purchased brand new from an Ontario local guitar shop. It's quite a good and balanced sounding Parlor size guitar with a short scale length ; this guitar is really premium sounding and well built and finished for it's redic low price ; this is a 12-fret to the body construction ; action is perfect and amplifies just great and sounds sweet with an electric tube amp or an acoustic amp ; comes with soft fabric gig bag.

I also bought the OM in this model with the regular scale length which I prefer , wanted to try both ; you can't loose on this one if you want one for the couch , or as a gift to your budding guitar player in the family ; some parlors are actually OO size on a 14-fret body [i.e. off shore builders like Recording King] , and some are the more traditional O size parlor on a 12-fret body , this is the latter ; i keep all my guitars perfect mint condition.

Would prefer to sell locally [buyer avoids the sales tax and shipping] ; local pick-up requires an e-transfer deposit $150 CAD prior to meeting at a major mall in GTA [no exception] .
