Vintage Silvertone tube amp faceplate. I am not certain what model this is from, as I got it in a large lot of random vintage tube amp parts.
I am not certain if it has been altered or modified. Please take a close look at the pics. It is slightly bent, maybe it can be flattened out if desired.
