Recently received brand new from an EU guitar shop but arrived damaged in shipping ; damage to middle of the back side only - more than superficial cosmetic but not super significant either , an object had punctured the box through the back into the wood ; crack shows slightly on the inside back ; integrity of this guitar is fully intact ; action seemed a bit high , so I lowered it by sanding the bone bridge saddle underneath , and with a slight tightening tweak to the truss rod for a bit more straightness to the neck ; it is now a pleasantly lowered set up vs factory ; original factory strings which are very good remain fully intact as installed [there was no need to change those].

I've learned these unfortunate mishaps are a pretty standard repair at Twelfth Fret guitar repair shop , if one wanted to repair upon purchase ; I personally wouldn't bother as it's not in a noticeable enough area , nor does it affect the integrity of the guitar ; this is a super nice sounding well constructed guitar that amplifies perfectly ; and despite the visual flaw , it has no bearing whatsoever on the sound or on the integrity of this guitar ; this guitar is more than well worth it at about 300$ offer price.

I've polished up it to pristine ; and electronic functions work very well [not piezo-y sounding at all] ; comes with box only. Read my personal Reverb review of this particular guitar ; [one of two four star reviews under model CC7HCEAR].

To the purchaser I will reattach the Alvarez tags to the headstock tuner post ; include a copy of the original order from the seller's shop dated March 18, 2025 , and include the truss rod adjustment key.

If you are within Canada I can work out an exact shipping rate with liability coverage via Canada Postal service (is the only carrier i personally will deal with as i have a business account) ; [I will only do an estimate if the interest is serious about the purchase and will pay the shipping via an e-transfer exact amount , so you won't get dinged another set of sales taxes on Reverb , and I won't get dinged the reverb fee atop all that!]

Would prefer to sell locally [buyer avoids the sales tax and shipping] ; local pick-up requires an e-transfer deposit $150 CAD prior to meeting at a major mall in GTA [no exception] .

This guitar is discounted by more than half of it's usual reduced market list price due to the damage deficiency. This is a super good deal at 300$ for this model ; I'm practically giving this guitar away , and it's already much better condition under my care , perfect actually with a full polish and set up vs the way it arrived from the factory. The seller shop and i decided on a significant partial refund of the price paid due to the damage sustained to the back side ; instead of returning the instrument because there was no material deficiency to the structure of the instrument vs the high cost of shipping it back for a refund. It is essentially mint condition but I cannot indicate it as such of course. B.O. option is not available.

Final sale , no "tries" for local pick-up [payment must be made in full before the guitar is handed over ; on-line sale platform , i use Reverb only ; i am a private seller not a store shop.
