This is a unique case for Baroque lute. It was made around 1973 by the German luthier Hans Jordan. The case is fully functional and in a pretty good order. It used to house the 1975 lute made by Hans Jordan, unfortunately my baroque lute doesn't fit in it properly, as this case is built in particular order for renaissance lute, please see dimensions on the pic.
