Vintage Ludwig 7.5"X3" wood block, I believe from the 70s, maybe late 60s. It comes with a similar era Japanese made bass drum hoop mount.
Overall it is in pretty good shape, some marks, a couple very small chips, but no cracks or splitting in it.
