This is the exact type and/or form factor of the expression/volume pedal for an ARP Solina or Crumar T1 and likely a number of other combo organs from the same period.
However, it has a three-pin connector vs. the TRS used by the ARP and some proprietary connector for the Crumar. Any easy mod (for the ARP).
I have tested both the bulb and the light sensitive resistor and both are functional (ie. no reason it should not work normally.) That said, it is AS IS.
This, needless to say, is a rare original piece, for those who care about authenticity or that type of thing!
