Luan Shell

Original Factory Batter Head

This drum is in good condition... It has a few cosmetic blemishes that come with age... but it is fully functional and overall is in great shape...
Star MIJ vintage snare drum, 5x14, from the 1960s... Original Blue Sparkle finish...
we believe that the Strainer has been replaced... Internal muffler is intact and in great shape... however...the outside tension knob is missing... so it will not work effectively...
Shell and bearing edges are in terrific condition. ..
A great vintage drum for your MIJ kit or recording studio.

This snare is in excellent cosmetic shape!...
The rims, shell, and hardware, have all nicely survived... however... the Sparkle Blue is now a Sparkle Blue to Fade... The only missing component is the outside muffle tension knob... The strainer on/off lever works perfect... All the screws and tension rods tighten/loosen properly without any issues... from the 60s, pre-Tama
