Vintage Modded Mesa Boogie 1987 Mark 3 Simul-Class 90 watt in locally custom made dovetailed jointed flame maple headshell cab. This version is a Red Stripe: one of few versions of the MK iii that has an identical preamp to the iconic Mk ii C+.
The amp has 2 mods done to it: it has an adjustable bias trim pot and it also has the R2 volume mod (a control on the back to set the volume level of the crunch channel.
Other details to note: the knobs are not original stock ones as several were missing when I got it years ago, so they have all been replaced with Fender ones. Also, the amp was serviced and tubes replaced by a local certified Mesa tech to bring it up to spec. The Reverb is original but the fan is not: in fact the fan (though physically the correct size) is not correct and is extremely loud (spins too fast?). I would advise the new owner to source the proper Howard fan if you want to use it: currently the fan is unplugged. Lastly there is no footswitch included: only a printed manual.
I can send potential buyers a short video demonstrating the amps functionality if desired.
Regarding shipping: happy to consider shipping to many countries worldwide but shipping costs could be very expensive. Please contact to discuss if you are interested.
