1960 Ludwig Jazz Festival, date stamped Feb 2, 1960. The hoops are chrome over brass. There is a small crack in the batter hoop and some plating loss (see pics). The p-83 has some plating loss but still functions perfectly. The blue sparkle wrap is in excellent condition with only minor scratching. The lugs have minor pitting and scratching. The interior of the shell is clear maple.
