Up for sale is a 1990’s ProCo RAT 2 (flat box) featuring the coveted LM308 chip. Based on the serial number, date on the back of the pot and construction, it is from 1994.
The original “pig nose” battery clip deteriorated and snapped a few years ago, so it has been professionally replaced. The new clip has a slightly longer lead and has been fully tested — works 100% with no issues.
This unit does include the original LM308N op-amp, delivering the classic RAT tone these 90s models are known for.
I will also include a power adapter dongle cable so you can run it with a modern power supply.
