This amplifier was assembled by me as a hobbyist project and then looked over by a professional amplifier technician. It is in very good cosmetic condition and is currently working and sounding great.
A few things worth noting: the amp runs on the higher side in terms of B+ voltage, approximately 485V, +/- 5V. It has operated well at this voltage, but I want to disclose it for any prospective buyer. Someone experienced with tube amplifiers could rework the power supply if a lower B+ voltage is desired.
The wiring follows the Mojotone British 45 wiring diagram, with a couple of minor changes. I removed the bright cap due to personal preference, although a replacement cap is included, and the original power switch has been replaced by a professional amplifier technician.
The transformers are in excellent working and cosmetic condition. This listing is for the chassis only. There is no head cabinet.
The amp currently has a new matched pair of Apex-matched JJ EL34 power tubes installed.

- Hammond choke (direct replacement)
- One new JJ EL34 power tube
- Replacement capacitors and filter capacitors
- Tube sockets
- Replacement turret board
- Replacement jacks
- Replacement potentiometers

This was a project I really enjoyed building, learned a lot from, and am happy to have undertaken. I'm simply ready to move it along to someone else.
It is a true approximately 45-watt amp (as compared to the traditional 30 watt Marshall JTM45), and is extremely loud. It could make a great amp as-is for someone who likes the sound, or an excellent platform/project for someone experienced with tube amplifiers.
The amplifier is being sold as-is and will be packed very carefully for shipping and fully insured for the sale amount.
