The drums from Sakae Factory are widely acclaimed to be the Finest Drums Yamaha has ever produced This BOP sized setup Sounds & Look simply Fantastic

The Lacquer Finish is the Incredibly rare "Blue Sparkle Sunburst " The Chrome is Flawless Everything still looks New... No Mods .... No changes just as they should be

Sizes are :

18" x 16" Virgin Bass drum with factory riser pedal plate with lower notched hoop 4 vent holes and matching Lacquered wood hoops single badge with Made in Japan vent Badge

14" x 14" Floor tom 3 leg configuration has Single badge with Made in Japan vent Badge

12" x 9" small tom Yess mount has 2 badges with Made in Japan vent Badge

This kit was Originally a Custom ordered kit for The Yamaha Award winning Canadian Artist Mike Michalkow of the Vancouver BC area The Kit was ordered to his Personal specs

The tenor tom is a Birch Absolute Custom model Specifically ordered by the artist from Yamaha , due to it's more Highly focused / punchy attack, which behaves as its been Pre-EQed and worked better for his recording and studio work purposes The Kit was supplied to him New from Yamaha as a Special Artist order All drums have the same matching Rare Lacquer Blue Sparkle Sunburst finish

The kit in this size configuration and color is an Extremely Rare find and probably 1 of a kind

The Lugs are all quick release metal Noveau type All tom hoops are Die cast aluminum , Yess tom mount. All bass drum claws are diecast with rubber insert hoop protectors and the Correct T rods also Included with the drums is the Yamaha hex rod ball socket arm and Yamaha clamp to mount to cymbal stand... NOTE : The snare stand shown in pictures is Not included

Flaws : the only flaws I can find are 3 tiny chips at lower bottom side of bass drum { probably from a folding spur screw ...see picture} also The Floor om has faintest light mark that can only seen by the correct angle of light and using extremely close scrutiny { It can not be felt by a fingernail and should easily polish out completely , by using correct type lacquer polish }
