1997 Gibson Les Paul Custom from the Good Wood Era when Gibson was known for being at their top of their game during the 90s in terms of wood selection, quality and attention to detail and this one right here is no exception

The guitar is all original , Gibson 498T at the bridge and 490R at the neck , Ebony fretboard as you would expect from a Custom , a very comfortable medium C neck profile, gold hardware and Grover tuners

The tone of this guitar is huge, fat, warm with lots of resonance and sustain

As any good sounding guitar, it has been played , this is not a case queen , it shows signs of wear , there is buckle rash on the back, small dings on the top and the edge near the input jack , the hardware has faded , mostly on the front pickup. The binding shows cracks and the finish close to the nut shows cracks as well. The frets show no wear and my guitar tech has done a proper setup on it. He did mention that it could benefit from a fret levelling if the action is desired to be super low. However, the guitar is in great shape and the wear only adds to its character and mojo. No structural damage, no breaks or repairs.

Comes with the original Gibson hardcase in fair condition (it has seen better days but fully functional)
