Versatile, hi-fi sounding multipattern large diaphragm condenser. Solid state descendent of Sony's much more expensive C-800G model. I thought this mic sounded great on lead vocals, drum overhead, piano and acoustic guitar. I'm sure there are many other excellent applications too.
This particular mic works perfectly, but there's a small cosmetic flaw on the lower rear caused by over-tightening the shock mount. Please see photo, I've priced the mic accordingly. The mark is completely hidden when the mic is mounted, so you can use it for lead vocals and it still looks classy.
I have another one available, and will consider a discount if you're interested in buying both.
