As one of the founding masterminds behind Suhr Guitars it's pretty safe to say our good friend John Suhr knows a thing or two about how to create some awesome pieces of gear. This Suhr John Suhr Signature Spec Standard takes aspects of Johns own guitars and is really something special

Constructed with a chambered White Limba body, for many years this has been one of John's all time favourite tone woods and is at the heart of his signature series guitar. The choice of chambering this guitar really adds to the midrange and top-end sweetness. Finished in the awesome Trans Red finish you can really appreciate the beauty of the wood. This guitar looks awesome!

Paired up with a White Limba neck that boasts a Pau Ferro Fingerboard. Pau Ferro is a staple wood within the whole of the Suhr catalogue, tonally it gives a slightly brighter sound and retains lots of depth and warmth. With a 10"-14" fingerboard radius, 22 jumbo frets and an even "C" slim neck shape. The John Suhr signature is a real dream to play.

The Pickup configuration with an area John spent a lot of time on. He wanted great articulation but with a good punch when needed. With a SSH Plus in the bridge, a V60LP in the middle and a SSV in the neck they were able to achieve exactly what John required from the guitar.
