The Roland KT-10 trigger pedal features a new, compact design with a reverse trigger mechanism, where the beater hits backwards on the face, providing a natural feel while minimizing playing noises. The KT-10 is significantly quieter than the combination of kick pad and standard foot pedal with mallets.
