1966 Rickenbacker 330/12 Fireglo — super clean, all original example w/OHSC. If you’ve been looking for a really nice vintage Rickenbacker 12-string in the most iconic color and body shape, they don’t get better than this one. Often, vintage Ricks need repairs or work done to make them functional. But this one is 100% original, set up perfectly and importantly it has already had a neck reset so you get ultra low action with plenty of room under the bridge. Most vintage ‘64-66 Rick 12s need this done, due to string tension over the years (Note: I see a lot of these guitars advertised on Reverb that clearly need a neck reset without any mention of it, and a neck reset is a complicated and expensive procedure on these guitars with very few people who know how to do this procedure). This beautiful 60s Rickenbacker is a 9.5/10 condition, totally original parts, excellent original frets, very little player wear and no modifications. Truly the perfect vintage Rick 12 in terms of playability and collector grade condition. The sound is every bit of the iconic 60s jangle you’d expect from this guitar, from the Beatles and Byrds to The Who and beyond.
