OK, here’s the news:

This is a 2nd run kit from 1989 and verified with Mr Frank Boestfleish with the Sonor factory itself in 2012. They all have date stamps in their interior and they all have serial numbers except for the 14 which was released during a strike at the WITTE metalwork factory in Velbert which was the company tasked with making the badges for Sonor. Rest assured that the providence of ALL THE DRUMS is without question.

Now to the kit itself:

As stated before the drums are in magnificent condition…no scratches, no gouges, no discoloration and no damage of any kind and that includes kick pedal rash on the inside bottom of the bass drum hoop. And, yes, they ARE the original hoops. The sizes are 8in, 10in, 12in, 13in, and 14in hanging toms, 15in & 16in floor toms. The bass is 22inX17in and the kit has the famous HLT700 Firecracker deep 7inX14in Snare. I am also including 1 Sonor double braced tom stand, the Sonor original and double braced snare stand, the Sonor and original hi hat stand, the 5 Sonor and original tom arms and 4 sets of Sonor tom legs (in case ya lose any on the road) and the extremely rare tom holder mounted cymbal arm, an “Extended” Sonor boom arm tom post, a plastic cowbell, some sticks, and extra cheap throne, an extra Sonor 200 snare stand, nearly new Drum Dial (still in box) and three total drum keys (2 slotted & 1 square).
All in all it’s the very best deal you’ll find on the internet if you’re looking for a high end kit. And believe me when I tell you there’s not much better in life then to see the reaction of the grizzled older pro musicians that would come through the studio and lay eyes on her for the first time. Priceless.
