1969-1974 Gibson Retangular SG Case with Purple Lining
Hello. Up for sale is a pretty nice vintage Gibson SG Case with the purple lining.
This rectangular SG Case is from the 1969-1974 time frame. These might have been sold from store stock towards 73-74 .
This case is in pretty decent condition. Everything works except that one latch is a little gimpy. It closes fine but the little box is loose.
The case is intact and closes and opens well. The inside is not gross or moldy. There are some long kind of scratches on the outer tolex that show up in the light.
I have another one of these cases with the same latch as the gimpy one. I will try to fit it onto to this case but this would take time. For now sold as is no returns. I test fitted this previously with a Gibson SG that I sold.
