This guitar has just undergone a comprehensive, top-to-bottom service by a professional guitar technician and requires zero immediate maintenance. The work completed includes:

• Fresh Strings: Restrung with premium D'Addario Phosphor Bronze Light (12-53) strings.
• Deep Clean & Detailing: Fretboard oiled and conditioned; frets cleaned and polished . Body, headstock, and neck fully cleaned and polished.
• Hardware Maintenance: Cleaned and lubricated tuners.
• Precision Setup: Full comprehensive setup covering nut and bridge string height, radius alignment, neck relief (truss rod adjustment), and intonation. 
• Playability & Status: Tested completely OK. The action is smooth, and fast, and it plays effortlessly across the entire fretboard. 

Cosmetic Notes:

• Wear: Features beautiful, tight natural lacquer checking across the spruce top and mahogany body. There are a few small finish chips around the headstock edges and the back of the neck from normal use over the last 55+ years. There is a very light, stable center-seam finish separation between the rear of the bridge and the lower bout. It is entirely superficial/cosmetic, is not structural, and the top remains flat and stable with no independent movement or lifting.
• Case: Ships in a non-original, period correct vintage-style faux alligator case- note the case does not have a handle, and only one latch works.
