One of Martin's most celebrated signature models, the 000-28EC was developed in collaboration with legendary guitarist Eric Clapton and inspired by the vintage Martin he famously played during his iconic MTV Unplugged performance. Combining classic pre-war Martin appointments with modern craftsmanship, this guitar delivers exceptional warmth, balance, and responsiveness, making it a favorite among fingerstyle players, singer-songwriters, and collectors alike.

Built with a solid Sitka spruce top and solid East Indian rosewood back and sides, the 000-28EC produces a rich, articulate voice with deep bass, sparkling trebles, and an incredibly expressive midrange. The comfortable 000 body size provides outstanding balance and projection while remaining exceptionally comfortable to play for extended sessions. The Modified V neck profile and shorter 24.9" scale offer a familiar vintage feel that has become synonymous with this legendary signature model.

Finished in Natural, the understated elegance of the Style 28 appointments perfectly complements the premium tonewoods. This example has been thoughtfully upgraded with an added strap button on the neck heel, making it stage-ready while preserving its classic appearance.

This guitar is all original (OG) aside from the added strap button and comes complete with its Original Hardshell Case (OHSC).

Condition: 9.5/10 - Excellent. Medium pickguard scratches from normal playing, while the top remains very clean overall. The back has light surface scratches along with several dings and scratches on the lower waist where the guitar rests against the knee. A beautiful example with only honest cosmetic wear.
