This unit has barely been used and has lived in a smoke-free home studio. It is in excellent working order and presents as close to new, with no issues to note. Photos are of the actual item.

The SH-4d is a powerful and compact desktop synthesizer with multiple synth engines, hands-on controls, built-in sequencing, rhythm parts and effects. It is great as a standalone groovebox-style synth, a desktop sound module, or as part of a wider hardware setup with Elektron gear, MIDI controllers, drum machines or a DAW.

It covers a wide range of sounds, including classic Roland-style virtual analogue, wavetable-style textures, digital tones, basses, leads, pads, chords, percussion and evolving sequences. The front panel is immediate and fun to use, with plenty of direct control for sound design and performance.
