STG Soundlabs Crossover - for Leslie type 122 / 147 or 31H

The STG Soundlabs Crossover is a screw-in replacement for 122-series (122, 142, 145, 147, 51, 251, 22H etc) and also 31H Leslie speakers. There are hole patterns for both series of Leslie speakers but could also be used in 21H/44W speakers but you will need to drill new holes.

In 31H/21H speakers that use field coil woofers, you will need to know how to wire the coil send and return. I will not provide instructions. You are on your own. If you came this far you know the crossovers in these speakers are not repairable due to the components being potted in asphalt.

What I can do for you is give you a crossover which can be installed in a 122 or 31H without drilling new holes, and while it doesn't use the same connectors, you can install this in the field without a soldering iron.

I wanted to make it plug-in compatible but Amphenol no longer makes the 2-position connectors needed for the amplifier and woofer. I decided to just use a screw terminal strip and I chose the nicest I could find.

This follows the original schematic as closely as possible, which doesn't match typical passive 2-way crossover math. Values are approximate but this has been installed in a gig speaker for two years with no problems and great feedback from the user.
