This 1961 Maestro (Gibson) Reverb Echo Model GA-1RT is a rare, low-wattage (around 8 watts) tube combo amplifier known for its dual function as a stand-alone studio amp and a unique "speaker-driven" reverb/echo unit for a second amplifier. It was only made for one year, making it a unique vintage item.
This amp sounds great and functions properly most of the time, the tremolo control has a mind of its own, it work then it doesn't, we believe it may be as little as cleaning the pots but we unfortionately lost our amp tech of 20+ years a few months ago and haven't found another within 100 miles of us so we are letting this one go cheap!
