This Tube Tech CL 1B is in near mint condition. Barely used. Almost no signs of use, except for a couple of small scratches in corners of the rack ears. All stock original. This unit is about 2 year old, SN 20625.
For those who aren't familiar with this equipment, the CL 1B is one of the most popular optical/tube studio compressors, if not the most desired one these days. I personally use one everyday in my favorite vocal chain in studio.
While sharing some of the aspects of the classic LA-2A such as the pleasing transparent sound, the CL 1B goes beyond the LA-2A when it comes to parameters available, flexibility of settings, and types of compression/sources to use with.
